Our Online Groups
Groups meet weekly for half an hour.

Support the Morning Meditation Community: Become a Patron
The goal of our online meditation groups is to foster community around meditation practice. Sessions are appropriate for new and experienced meditators alike.
Groups are open to anyone until the attendees feel that a good core group of meditators has formed. We aim to have 10 individuals in each group, but there is no rule. We decide together when to close enrollment.
"I really enjoy the way April weaves science, spirituality, and sociology into her teachings."
