Mindful Writers Group
Fridays 9:30-10:30am PST
This group differs from the other groups in two important ways.
First - it's an hour in length.
Second - instead of an introductory talk, this group opens with a 10-15 minute guided meditation and then transitions immediately into a writing session.
In the last 5-10 minutes, we can talk about what we're working on, network, and encourage each other to keep going (or, if you're on a roll, you can just log off and keep writing).
Things to know:
This is not a critique group.
There will be a prompt for those who want one, but we mostly bring projects in progress.
While we don't read our work out loud to the group, participants are encouraged to support each other outside of our weekly sits.
