Our Online Groups

Groups meet weekly for half an hour. 

Meeting schedule:

10 minute dharma talk followed by 

10 minute guided meditation followed by

10 minute group discussion

NOTE: Some groups don't follow the usual format (they are longer and/or cater to a specific group of meditators). Those are marked with an asterisk. **

The goal of our online meditation groups is to foster community around meditation practice. Sessions are appropriate for new and experienced meditators alike. 

Groups are open to anyone until the attendees feel that a good core group of meditators has formed. We aim to have 10 individuals in each group, but there is no rule. We decide together when to close enrollment.

Meet The Instructors

April

April Dávila has been practicing meditation for over 18 years. She is currently in the second year of a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, studying under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. 

Nirosha

Nirosha Rowan has been practicing meditation for over 20 years. She is trained as a mindfulness facilitator by the UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Research Center at the Semel Institute on Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA.
